Mayum collects business information from sellers during the registration and account management process. This includes, but is not limited to, business names, addresses, contact details, product inventory details, and payment information.

2. Use of Information

The information collected is used for account verification, product listing management, order processing, fulfillment coordination (whether Seller-Handled or Mayum-Handled Delivery), communication regarding order updates, invoicing, and payment settlements.

3. Data Sharing and Confidentiality

All customer and business information provided to Mayum is treated with strict confidentiality. Information will only be shared with third parties when necessary for:

• Shipping and delivery arrangements,
• Billing and payment processing,
• Legal compliance.

Outside of these necessary operations, seller data will not be shared without prior consent.

4. Third-Party Services

In cases where sellers opt to use third-party services through or in connection with the Mayum platform (such as external couriers or service providers), relevant seller information may be shared to enable fulfillment of services.
Mayum is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of these third parties.

5. Data Protection and Retention

Mayum implements appropriate security measures to protect seller information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Seller data may be retained as long as necessary for operational, legal, and regulatory purposes, even after account termination.
