1. Registration and Account Management

  • Upon registration, sellers will be provided with an individual account and must complete the verification process prior to listing products.
  • Sellers are required to provide accurate business information and complete product inventory details.
  • Sellers are responsible for maintaining and updating product listings, stock levels, pricing, and order fulfillment statuses on a regular basis.

2. Delivery Options

Mayum offers two delivery options: Seller-Handled Delivery and Mayum-Handled Delivery.

2.1 Seller-Handled Delivery

  • Sellers are responsible for packaging, dispatching, and delivering products directly to customers.
  • Sellers must ensure that deliveries are made within the agreed timeline (typically within 2–7 business days).
  • Sellers must ensure proper packaging and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and must provide tracking information to both the customer and Mayum immediately upon dispatch.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for delivering the correct and original item to the customer.

2.2 Mayum-Handled Delivery

  • Mayum may coordinate and manage product delivery from the seller’s location to the customer.
  • Sellers must ensure that their products are properly packaged and available for pickup by Mayum’s logistics team within the agreed timeframe.
  • Mayum will be responsible for tracking the shipment and updating both the seller and the customer on the status of the order.
  • Fulfillment support is available to sellers utilizing Mayum-Handled Delivery.

2.3 Payment of Delivery Costs

  • For Seller-Handled Delivery, sellers are responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise specified by separate agreement.
  • For Mayum-Handled Delivery, Mayum may initially cover the delivery costs, which may subsequently be deducted from the seller’s payout.
  • Delivery charges may be added according to circumstances, and Mayum reserves the right to impose delivery charges on all products.

3. Delivery Failure and Return Policy

  • In the event of a delivery failure caused by the seller, including delivery of an incorrect item, duplicate item, or damaged item, the seller shall be fully responsible for all costs associated with reshipment.
  • Incorrect or duplicate items must be returned by the customer, and the seller shall arrange for reshipment of the correct item at their own expense.
  • If Mayum handles the delivery and a delivery failure occurs, Mayum shall bear the cost of reshipment.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must ensure that all products listed are accurate, available, original, and capable of timely delivery.
  • Sellers are responsible for providing original products as advertised.
  • For Mayum-Handled Deliveries, sellers must ensure that products are available for pickup in good and sellable condition.
  • Sellers are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes associated with their sales. Mayum shall bear no responsibility for tax obligations.

5. Listing Fees and Platform Rights

  • Mayum reserves the right to charge a minimum fee to sellers for listing products on the platform.
  • Mayum reserves the right to remove any product or seller from the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Penalties for Late Deliveries

  • Sellers who fail to meet the required delivery timelines will be subject to penalties, including but not limited to late fees, which may be deducted from their payouts.
